Parties includes planning the running order, running the session, keeping groups moving. The listed scope excludes venues we have not seen or agreed.
Sessions
For Sessions the scope is adapting to the space, working with mixed ages, keeping everyone involved; anything else is agreed in writing. If it is an outdoor event, mention the fallback plan in the first line.
Event days
Event days includes planning timings, coordinating helpers, settling the wet-weather plan. The listed scope excludes marquees, staging and equipment hire we cannot source.
